minimum
numbers
• urban cocktail / fork party 10 people to too many
• urban dinner party 8 people
• final numbers are to be confirmed no later than 4 days prior to
your function.
payment
• a $250 deposit is payable upon acceptance of your quote to secure your booking
• for functions over $2000, a minimum deposit of $500 is required
• for functions over $5000, a 20% deposit is required
• the balance is payable 3 days prior to the day of the function
• final numbers are to be confirmed 4 days prior to your function
• payment in the form of cash, cheque or direct debit. Please note we do no accept credit cards.
cancellations
• in the event of cancellation, provided 7 days prior written notice is provided a full refund will be made
• cancellation any less than 7 days we reserve
the right to withhold 50% of the deposit to cover planning
costs.
urban staff
• all staff provided are for a minimum of 2 hours
• waiting / beverage staff $30.00 per hour
• chef $40.00 per hour
• sunday & public holiday rates will apply
delivery
• A fee of $25.00 will be charged for CBD and Inner Suburbs.
• Areas outside will vary.
equipment hire
• the Urban Pantry can organise any equipment requirements.
• you as the hirer are liable for breakages, damages or shortfall
to hired equipment.
• you as the customer are solely responsible to ensure all hired
equipment is returned in the condition in which it was received,
clean and repacked.
• the Urban Pantry will not be liable for any damage or loss caused
to any person or property arising from the carriage or handling
of goods hereby hired.
